We got 1 beef rib, 1 lb pork ribs, 4 sausage links, 1 lb brisket, half lb of pulled pork.

I recently went to the Plano location and it was OK. Haven't been to the one in Bishop Arts since not to long after they opened and I wasn't to impressed. I'll have to give it another try soon.Originally posted by Mach1 View PostI've had Plano and Dallas, Dallas has been better for me. I get extra bark and have a bark bite with my "meat" bite, Dallas trimmed the perfect bark for me, Plano just gave me a bunch of fat.
