Northshore today at 4:30. I'm outta shape as I've been dealing with multiple injuries for like 2 months now, but I'm far from slow. I got a pulled hamstring on Thanksgiving night playing football. I've been on the bike once since then. I'm ready to haul ass now.

I got in a quick 11 mile ride yesterday before the rains came. It started misting/sprinkling heavy just as I finished. I was pretty happy with my pace, but still .8 mph off my usual avg.

I was out there that night too. We didnt start till 5:30 or so but it was fun ridding in the lights with rain. Roots and rocks were a bit slick.

I hope the trail dries up soon.

It looks as though horseshoe is open. I have never ridden at night there. I want to get out bad. Anyone down for a ride tonight?
