Thank goodness I just get to complain and not responsible for offering any real solutions.
I feel you pain, bro. There are always attempts within NK to plot mutiny. Too bad nothing gets accomplished. Maybe facing a war against the south and the US again will be just what it takes to have their people finally do what they should have done long ago.

Correct. It also has no expiration. All it "officially" takes is for one side to claim that the other violated it. Moderators like the UN, NATO, etc. can either agree or disagree with the assessment, but so far it has never been a deciding factor (see several mideast treaties for reference).

As for the common people being ignorant to KJI's sham, if the country is supplied fuels, food and money by the US just to sustain life and the poverty-stricken people see shit like KJI's military parades and nuke plants, they catch on real quick. This is no exaggeration... not one person is "well-off" in North Korea unless he/she has KJI's permission.

Right. There's no need to do it now. We can just drone it up these days.

I still would prefer a sniper to just take him out. I don't know why they don't do it.
That would almost certainly be a suicide mission.

I agree with you, but that doesn't mean that they have to get our approval to do it. Besides, aren't they having these maneuvers around SK waters? Your analogy is slightly flawed if that's the case.

China has warned against military activity near its coastline ahead of U.S.-Korea naval exercises, according to Reuters.

China's Foreign Ministry said in an online posting that naval exercises risks starting a war: "We oppose any military act by any party conducted in China's exclusive economic zone without approval."

North Korea has also threatened to respond to military gestures with more attacks: "The situation on the Korean peninsula is inching closer to the brink of war due to the reckless plan of those trigger-happy elements to stage again war exercises targeted against the (North)."
