Guess which congressman had never participated in the pension plan because he feels it is "immoral", returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year, and has NEVER voted to raise congressional pay?

Ron Paul.....he also provided low cost/no cost healthcare to people while he was a practicing physician. He preferred to provide services at his own expense on the grounds that he didn't want to take government money.
