Driving is a privilege you have to take tests and get a license to exercise that privilege. You don't have to get a license to exist (yet) and there is no constitutional power for the FEDERAL government to say a word about insurance of any sort. If states want it, they are empowered under the 10th to enact it but the FEDERAL government lacks that powerI wear a Fez. Fez-es are cool

Yes, because the GOP made that pic. They also voted themselves into office. The tens of thousands of people pulling the levers at the voting booth had absolutely nothing to do with who was actually elected.
Out of curiosity, how many shirts do you drool on, on a day to day basis?

Funny how the libs have made birth control a major issue for this election. Really? Come on. The worst POTUS in the history of this nation, and birth control is a real biggie? Talk about a head-fake! Let's just keep everyone's mind off of $3.70 gal gas, 8.3% unemployment (if you actually believe it's that low), and socialized medicine.
By the way, Gallup is showing 9.1 unemployment as we speak, and Barry is lobbying (again) the senate to vote against the Keystone Pipeline project (again).Last edited by Vertnut; 03-08-2012, 03:36 PM.

You know, you're almost not even worth responding to. Another Obama bot zombie. So you're saying the left didn't attack Palin? Or Bachman? Or are they not women?Originally posted by Avery'sDad View PostIt boils down to the fact that the GOP are some women hating SOBs.

You mean that pipeline that would be used to deliver oil from Canada only to export it from the gulf. The one that would create 20,000 200,000 400,000 1 million jobs. (whats the number now?). The one that would magically lower the price of gas, even though the other ones in existence haven't. Besides it was only rejected on the bases of the GOP wanted to expedite building without regard of any environmental impact. This pipeline will have no effect on you, me, the price of gas or jobs of any significant amount. It will get built, just not haphazardly.Originally posted by Vertnut View PostFunny how the libs have made birth control a major issue for this election. Really? Come on. I usually don't respond to you cause your a FOX bot. I'll make an exception this time. I'm saying women in general. Viagra was ok, but if a woman needs anything then all hell breaks loose. The left wasn't attacking Palin and Bachman because they are women, they were attacking them because every time they opened their mouth, stupid poured out. Don't worry though, Santorum falls in that list as well.Originally posted by Forever_frost View PostYou know, you're almost not even worth responding to. Another Obama bot zombie. I'm going to have to disagree. In a true free society. There is no such thing as a privilege. Privileges can be revoked. The government does not have the right to tell any one they can not do something (revoking a privilege) as long as what your doing does not infringe on the rights of others. The state on the other hand can do this.Originally posted by Vertnut View PostPoor example. Driving isn't a "right", it's a privilege. If you don't want, or can't afford insurance, don't drive.

You mean "you're" not "your". If a woman needs anything, she has the ability to go pay $3.00 a month to get birth control or find an insurance company that provides it. Perhaps you can show me in the constitution where the federal government has the ability to demand anything about insurance.Originally posted by Avery'sDad View PostI usually don't respond to you cause your a FOX bot. And Rush wasn't attacking this bitch because she was a woman. She was attacked because she evidently spends 3k a year on bc which everyone else can get for 3 bucks a month and has decided that since she likes fucking, WE should be paying for it.I wear a Fez. Fez-es are cool

No, as insurance policies are sold intrastate, not interstate. If you have a policy through an in state provider, doesn't apply. Read the Commerce Clause.
Article I, Section 8, Clause 3:[2]
