So private citizens are being tried and put away BY THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT, but the MAIN people behind this bullshit (THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT) are getting off scot fucking free??

DALLAS (AP) — A judge has given a prison sentence to a fourth Texas man federal officials say was linked to a gun used in a U.S. agent's death in Mexico.

Otilio Osorio, from North Texas, was sentenced Monday to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy and other charges relating to a gun-running network. His brother, Ranferi Osorio, received a 10-year prison term for running the network.

The firearms charges are not directly related to last year's death of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Jaime Zapata in Mexico. However, federal officials have said that another gun purchased in October 2010 by Otilio Osorio was used in the February 2011 attack on two ICE agents as they drove on a highway near San Luis Potosi in Mexico, killing Zapata and wounding Victor Avila.

I consider this a clear, lucid, and reasonable thought. I would like the same thing.

the very reason paul cant win is what makes me not want to vote romney and keep the status quo going.. the media and republican party do not want paul to win and the gravy train to end. America needs real change, romney is not enough, its either a vote for a police state/big government or a socialist state/big government.. Paul very well can get the nomination, therefore can win the election. but instead i guess we can all just sit on dfwstangs and squabble and bicker over why paul cant win because someone on fox news didnt tell you he could.

Issa is being interviewed now and just said that there is a citation that has been drafted. I think he's just waiting on Boehner's OK before formally issuing it.
