    Solid truth!

Sad part is it's that way with every single ISD and government organization. This is not my just blowing off steam either, I see it.

It happened to a 5-year-old pre-k student. The student's lunch was taken away and she was forced to eat cafeteria chicken nuggets.

The girl’s original lunch consisted of a turkey and cheese sandwich on white wheat bread, potato chips, a banana and apple juice.

The assistant superintendent of the school system says he agrees that the lunch was healthy, but he says it was missing milk, a key part of what is considered to be a healthy meal under state guidelines.

In my experience, it's almost always operator error, sometimes hardware failure, but never software error.

Have you ever used a biometric scanner? There is a lot of margin for electronic failure. The crux of technology is that it's wonderful when it works and a complete PITA when it doesn't.
