Registered to vote?

Are you a citizen? How does this work? Last week , some Dcccd staff were trying to register people to vote but would first ask if they were a US citizen. My wife is also a teacher here and has students in her class that aren't citizens yet they still receive financial assistance. I could Google to find the answer I suppose but I thought I'd ask you guys......cause y'all know everything'n stuff.....so how can you go to college and receive financial aid in america and not be an American citizen?

Normally I don't care about stuff like that but I had to pay over 2k last semester for 2 classes and 2 books. I payed a lot less this semester because i m doing some community college courses but still payed over $500 but that shit is out if pocket. Why come tha gubmint be givin errbody else free stuff and I'm here strugglin

I meant in addition to being "fucked". There are hard-working tax-payers of all races that are footing the bill. Take a look at all the scholarships, grant money, and entitlements, that are not available to "non-minorities".

Sad part is I thought maybe it was because I've been grasping it better and it's all not actually worst. The old family members I talk to, assure me everything is getting way worst. Depressing.
