He can only yield his time. He has to remain on the floor, and presumably not asleep, or he yields the floor, and loses his filibuster. I've been reading up on this but it's sketchy. I think if he's last man standing tonight he can keep going tomorrow but the Republicans together should have been doing this so they could switch off like the D's did during the 60's when they pulled 57 straight days of filibuster.I wear a Fez.
