I'd have to see proof of your hypothesis. While it's not a smoking gun, it does fit into the given evidence of a president so drunk on power that he believes nothing applies to him, that he and his family are royalty with rules that can be bent to fit whatever he wants.

No, I don't. I'm simply offering far simpler alternatives, for the purpose of poking holes in the article he posted, and I said, "perhaps," not, "I'm certain." They're different terms. I'm not positing a theory. He is. I'm pointing out its logical flaws. We also aren't presented with evidence that they were even listed as senior staff, beyond the article's claim.
