Anybody watching Hannity?

I believe that this is the biggest reason we have to set the precedent now that this country will not be governed by any religious ideology.

To most Christians it sounds harmless enough to push what they feel are good morals into society by asking for laws based on their religious beliefs, but what they fail to realize is that if they can do it so can other religions, and that is not something we want to get into.

I am a christian, so don't take this as an attack on Christianity, just a word of caution to those who may not have seen this side of what could happen.

Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful.

I completely disagree. You manage to insert a knock against religion and obesity in every post. You consider both a sign of weakness. You consider yourself superior to those that are religious or obese, and do not waste an opportunity to express it. You are hopelessly narcisstic, therefore your need to display your superiority makes you obsessed with the religious and obese.

When people WAKE UP to the fact that this is the goal of ALL Muslims (yes, even the "good" ones!), maybe something will be done.

I hate to say it, but we have muslims here at work, and I can't help to think if they are some kind of "sleeper agents" if more and more muslim stuff increases.

They are like roaches. Once you get them, its almost impossible to get rid of them without destroying your own property in the process. I hear Canada is having hell with Muslims taking over parts of the country and of course we know Europe is dealing with the shit too.

While on my honeymoon three weeks ago in the Dominican we hung out with a ER doc from Montreal a couple of evenings. He was extremely canadian in regards to politics and free healthcare, but he hated welfare.

The thing he hated most was Muslims. He was very open about this and said he hated when they came in the ER. He has noticed a increase in the number of Muslims there in only the last five years. They are taking over.

You take offense to what I say so you come up with a description that you feel fits...go back over my 10yrs on here and look and see if I incorporate a knock on religion and obesity in every post...or if I come across as hopelessly narcissistic. So I post a few controversial topics and take an opposite stand as the masses and I get labeled. I guess I was wrong when I thought that I was among friends here. Let Bcoop or Talisman or any of the other guys post the same shit I do and they dont get labeled like some of you have labeled me because people know that they are just stirring the pot...however, since I am a physician, I am somehow held to different standards.
The shit I say is for entertainment purposes only. Dont take it so damn personally. Heck, you have been on here a while...so you think that because here lately I have posted some controversial stuff that it deserves the the lambasting you just served up? I can see someone who hasnt been here very long taking offense to some of the shit I post, but the people that have known me on here for years I expect to give me the benefit of the doubt. Maybe my thinking is wrong and I cannot say instigating shit and get away with it. Any way, your point is taken but it is wrong.
I am gonna take a break for a while because it seems that I no longer fit in with this crowd.

Don't get so wound up about it, Zeus! I accept Brent and Eric with their faults, just like I do you. And no one is more imperfect than me. So really, you fit right in. But let's be real, you're hung the F up on obesity and religion.
