Like they said on Newsmax, and I think Derz even said it: "This was the most political neutral/vague answer they could give." Basically yea, they didn't want to ruffle feathers.

Oh yea, it is over without a doubt. I am just curious about how he views them saying Texas has no standing. That is an interesting position because it opens up all sorts of possibilities. I'm talking about Dread Scott decision level political conflict.

I really expected a more nuanced shooting down of the case. Some bullshit like "Obamacare is legal because the penalty for not having insurance is really a tax". lol

Claiming that Texas has no right to even complain is taking the easiest way out from a political perspective.

It is going to be interesting to see what Alan Dershowitz has to say about this, as he is an expert on the subject of constitutional law and one of the few truly objective contributors to the bullshit television we see.

Attorney Matthew DePerno CONFIRMS Dominion Voting Machines in Michigan County CHANGED VOTES From Trump to Biden...and it wasn’t human error. The machines were programmed to do this. I’m reading Georgia has been confirmed as well.

Matthew DePerno will do a shit ton of press in the coming days and weeks. He will be on Bannon's show and others, and numerous talk radio outlets.

Gateway Pundit, Breitbart, and countless other right-leaning sites will write "bombshell" articles about this.

It will never be entered as evidence or an exhibit in any lawsuit in the country. No one officially tied to Trump or the campaign will vouch for it.

That's how it's gone for the last 4 weeks, that's how I see it continuing.

I have sat at the same table as really powerful people who know some of these politicians personally as good friends and listened to them talk about politics. The politicians don't believe half the shit they say or they say it because they feel like they have to. The real zealots are few and far between, that's why Trump scares the fuck out of them. He is a narcissist and an asshole but he is also an outsider who doesn't really allow them to play their game all that well. Their game being to fill their pockets and/or get re-elected. He is a zealot but not for either team.

If you want a great example of a shitbag just look at Mitt Romney. If he caught on fire, I wouldn't waste my piss to put him out.
Yup. I sort of miss being young and naive and thinking one party held to principles over another. It's just a free for all of spreading money to their buddies.

Have y'all noticed Republican politicians are pretending to be against socialism again suddenly and talking about over spending? I have. Being fiscally conservative is what initially drew me into thinking about them as viable politically 15 years ago.

It won’t be proven in a court of law, but this election was stolen by the democrats. Let’s just hope that Joe is #5, Kamala is #6 and then Nancy is #7.
Government is definitely corrupt, but I still manage to have a little faith in the judiciary at that level. It's the one place in our system where language actually seems to matter. It is the only check and balance that works, if not always, at least somewhat consistently. More consistently than the legislative and executive by a long shot.

I'm being completely serious.

The only hope is the next budget they don’t pass one and the govmt shuts down permanently.

Let's not forget that the Supreme Court shot the case down because they said Texas lacked standing. They didn't say anything about the merits of the case. That's about the safest way out politically that they could have got out of that situation. Every other avenue was a fucking political disaster.
