Is there anyway to get the color back on faded bricks? This house had no gutters and I don't know if that contributes but there's area where the bottom 3 layers are faded.

I tend to think that is more on the bricks than it is the bricks fading. High pressure sprayer? -

Try again with the 1200 set to the thinnest spray pattern and see if it "cleans" a mark off it, like trying to make a line across it or something. I'm thinking the 1200 psi is not enough, at least on a pattern that is kind of wide to clean the area. buy a small bottle of CLR from lowes. spray it on a small area, then hit it with your pressure washer.
