Gvine is where we ride.. right by the glass cactus in silverlake cove i think.

I got 3 for $300, one runs just needs paint and some love.

you can find good deals on them, shit some guy just got a mint superjet with a popped top end for $100.

Are parts easy to get? I have about 5 other friends and we always pick up a new hobby every summer. This year it was Honda 50s next year I can see us doing this.

there was a 2002 model recently for like 500 bucks, lady said she didn't know why it wouldn't start. I was tempted, but don't have the shop space.

You can never go wrong with a superjet. Theres really only 2 models(as you very rarely will run across a fx1), square nose and round nose. The first couple of years of the square nose had a 650 motor then all the rest have a 701. 701 is by far more desirable but if you found a smokin deal on a 650 i wouldn't pass on it.

the 440 and 550 kawis are fun but more difficult to ride and more limited as to what they can do. With that being said I think that is the fun part of them.

Kawi 650sx, nice ski, decent power and easy to ride.

Kawi 750sx-sxi same as above.

stay away from the 300's.

whatever you get get the same things as your buddies. If your on a 550 and they get superjets then you will always be behind.... if everyone one is on the same basic machine you can have a shit ton of fun.
