I would have kicked the crap out of someone if they kicked my car after an accident... There is a reason that bikes are so dangerous, because you can't see them! Lol Its that simple. I love motorcycles, but it is common sense. You can be paying 100% attention and still hit one.

kicking is good way to knock yourself off your bike. not wise. if you must do damage, use a collapsible metal rod, although a good finger is about all i can do. not worth it

Spent the night in jail at the fine resort known as Lew Sterrit and spent about 3300 dollars over 2 years between lawyer fees and restitution. Sucked but I learned a good lesson from it, and have moved on.

Sux when drivers don't notice you. But I don't understand how his mirror got knock off and you were that close to his door but he didn't notice you. I don't think loud pipes save live as much as people think. Especially with new cars sound proofing the interior. Glad your alright
