    It appears Windsor based. The elbow would hit the strut tower on a 8.2 base. Still 800? He needs to come to a dyno day.

    I'm looking at the AC bracket which looks like a stock one. The 9.5 deck requires a special AC bracket from Ford Racing which is no longer available.

    Edit..... This does appear to be a 351 based motor based on.......
    The 351W has a taller deck height than the 302. (a 302 will have the intake almost flush with the base of the distributor... where it goes into the block..... a 351W will have about 1/2 inch lip there where the intake meets the block.)

    But I still think your friend is full of BS

    you must be a fool.. i got an ecam and explorer intake.. and my car is fast as fawk! im saving my pennies for a set of gt40 heads, im hoping to make 500rwhp!

    How can any motor make enough to pull off 800hp with the GT40?

    BTW, that looks a hell of a lot like Spritle's old car.

    Team-z drop mounts and any 351 will fit under a stock hood depending on inrake and as long as it doesn't have a phenolic spacer on the intake or as said above, shiming the k-member.
