so I have the chance to get my old bagged 59 Galaxie back.(it ALMOST lays frame. I wanted to be able to drive it IF it ever blew a bag) it is in exactly the shape that it was when I traded it off a year or better ago. He put on a new carb and replaced the drivers window. Other then that its all the same.

The hard part is, I'd be trading off my 01 Excursion. We very very very rarely use the Excursion. its a 2WD V10. I MIGHT put 1000 a year on the truck.

The wife would prefer me keep the truck because I already have the GTO for a toy AND when we need to go some where and we can't fit everything in the FX35 I bought her (should have gone with a large SUV but she wanted a small one) we take the EX.

I REALLY like the Galaxie even though it does need some work on the interior and stuff like that. The pain isn't perfect but looks good. The Select Aire factory AC blows ICE cold.

When I had it I drove it ALL the time even down to Austin for the Round Up. I never had major issues with it, always little things.
