go to the podiatrist, I had a spot on each foot that looked exactly like that. The doc said that the pain could be attributed to blocking sweat glands. He cut them off with a scalpel 5 years ago, I bought different shoes and haven't looked back.
I walked around work for like two years with pretty intense pain and it took him all of three minutes to fix my feet.
