Well, along with the other videos I posted it blows the theory of not using a dog in a deadly situation all to shit.

The dog was not released by it's handler's decision, but by an order given from someone off-site, possibly inebriated and most importantly NOT AUTHORIZED to do so... which was a big reason that they won the case.
