Awesome. When I saw "duck taped" I would have sworn he was an ex navy guy. We used to duck tape people up like a mummy and hang them in the overheads.

To add on, if it's similar to some AL - they'll serve the public too every so often w/o any representation from a member. Heck, the one in Van Alstyne says open to the public as well. HOWEVER, it's still referred to as a "private club" or whatever.Originally posted by Forever_frost View PostYou don't have to be a member of that post to come in and if you have someone to vouch for you you can come in. And of course, they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
I think based off the way that man was acting, that kid probably truly regretted being a dumb ass. I don't think we'll read anything about him pressing charges.
I also like that they kept it local and did not plaster his face/name all over state/national news.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.

And it's EB green/red not duct tape. Although I prefer Nuke Red, much stickier.

What does she mean by "proper identification"?Originally posted by Downs View PostEither way the Bartender is still required to check ID before serving someone booze. The stuff about memberships and VFW and open to the public is pointless to even bring up in this instance as it has nothing to do with what the kid did.
Is it a state issued DL/ID?
Is it a VFW Post issued members card?
See, there are other avenues of thought here.
