Why the fuck should they? It didn't leave the factory line with jankety ass Chinese bullshit. And this is obviously a no fault accident for the OP.

Insurance companies are a fucking scam. Anything to save a buck. Same can be said for most body shops, as well.

acting like an ass will get you no where. this whole squeaky wheel gets the grease attitude people have is ridiculous.

you go talk to the body shop manager. all you have to say is something like: "this work is unacceptable, and i would like to give you chance to retain a customer by fixing these problems." not acting like an ass will go a long ways with anyone in any service industry.

agreed but i think now its a bit more prominant.. there were a few small door dings on that side quarter panel. maybe the bumper is low or something else is messed up. when i bought the car, the dealer pulled a car fax and said was never in a wreck, maybe it was?

and that i can live with, however everything else looks like utter shit!

already know of a girl that works with a lawyer who does insurance stuff and she can set it up if need be. now if they want me to keep it like that they better cut me a check for a few grand since thats what it would knock off my value of a clean, low mileage, all stock fbody.
A lawyer will not be worth the money, trust me.

You're best bet is to go in there with a level head and simply, but firmly explain that this isnt gonna work for you. If you go in there and start going off, they will probably tell you to go fuck yourself and then you will be fucked, because like I said, you're not going to like the attorney route.
