Glad you had good luck with Classic in Grapevine. I had bad luck with them/Chevy with my 2006 Colorado. I brought it in and got it "fixed" under warranty 3 times for an oil leak. They replaced the head gasket twice and they replaced the cylinder head once, but it was still leaking. The last time it was in there the dealership said yeah, your block is seeping oil so we need to replace the motor. But I get a call back a couple of days later and they told me that they replaced the head gasket, again, and it is fixed.

I ended up selling the truck and taking a $6k loss because they couldn't fix it right.

So here she is done! It looks ALOT better!! I still see a tiny part of a flap on the right.Let me know what you think, will get some more pics tomorrow. The spacing is a lil off still but after the damage, will it ever be perfect?? Do stock bumpers have those"flaps"?? maybe I got a bit antsy because the car has been gone for 2 months and I got tired of waiting. Ill look at it alot closer today or tomorrow after work.

So why can't they do this? Is there something against the dealership buying an Aftermarket part?

    Wreck

I have a body shop and Allstate and progressive always undercuts the estimate and on bumper covers they put refurbished covers (which suck). I never use a refurbished cover I either get aftermarket or oem. Get State Farm they are the best to do work for in my area, the adjuster has alot to do with the estimate. Just be nice they may just have crappy workers and usually the manager doesnt even know whats going on in the shop. Looks like they tried to rush the job.

done already and I even sent him the same pictures (well most of them) in an email. too bad this weather is like this, would like to see what would have been done
