Never said otherwise did I? Someone asked why would you shoot someone and then try to save them and I answered. I also stated earlier that just because he gets bumped causing the gun to go off does not justify the shooting. As with any shooting the punishment varies greatly based on the circumstances. His punishment should be 100x times more severe if it was a cold blooded premeditated murder versus an accidental shooting due to negligence just as with you, me , or anyone else on this board.
