thanks, we took 30 all the way into dallas and then the n. tollway up to addison, then from addison went to the show in frisco, then took the george bush to 161 back to the 30 then home.

Dammit I hate that fuckin' car. Then again I fuckin' love it too. Don't tell any of the rest of my Ford buddies, but I do like it, lol!

It was nice to meet you and your wife as well. I didn't know you two were looking at a dog, that's great, rescue dogs are the best! No worries with the hood, I can take it off and put it on no problem by myself, it is very light (almost too light to be structurally stable!)

The Frisco meet had some cool cars as well, we were too late to register for either show but it was fun to cruise out, meet people, and cruise home (sans being pulled over).

Our pups are absolutely dead tired (and so are we and sun burned)

We almost took that white dog home & still may. lol

thanks. managed a hair over 14mpg this weekend with her running all over dallas with a/c going the whole time and averaging 70mph (with a 3 speed!).

not too bad imo. if i were able to cruise closer to 60mph i could do better i am sure but in dfw 60mph is dangerous! put 100 miles on her today and used 7 gallons of gas.

got pulled over on the way home this afternoon for no front plate but thankfully the cop was cool and let me go with just a written warning (state trooper), i really thought i was going to be giving a few autographs at that stop!

Hit up 3 car shows this weekend, Cars and Coffee on Saturday, Motors and Mutts and the Frisco Hooters show today. Car has well over 1200 miles on the build now! A/C blasting the whole way.

I think the dogs enjoyed it!

nope, just a lil caddy motor w/a cam and exhaust. the stock 317's are really hurting me with the huge combustion chamber and "low" compression ratio (10:1). i think just simply slapping on some 243's with a good valve job would do a lot for this motor.
