I found out this car currently lives in Carrollton, not too far from my parents' place. And it's for sale... which means I'm currently trying to get info and $$$ on it.

im not hating on the tires, and the scoops seem to have been designed to add some width to the bosy to make up for such large tires, and really just look the part. so i get it.
the suspension seems to be designed well enough and the tubular components seem to have taken some thought. and i bet it makes up for some of the tire choice over using a fatman mustang II front end or whatever.
The only thing i dont like to see are the welder they used :/ and the amount of camber that was incorporated simply for stance. that and i agree with the wing, although the roof scoop is kinda dope IMHO. out of place, but cool, it'd be cool if they vented it back into the cab as a sort of cooling system for the driver.

There are things I do not like, but I can't bag on them as I've not yet attempted anything close to that... Let's give them 2 more years and see where it's at.

Dude, you can't even tile a bathroom, much less build a chassis with a cantilevered front suspension like that. You must look retarded as shit.

This guy ran with the concept and started building, albeit a front engine i4.

I want to like it. I really dig parts of it, and the thought behind the whole machine.
But, as most have already addressed, there are just some serious NO components. The wing has to go. I really don't think there is need for explanation on that. The scoops could have been formed differently and kept (if functional) or just removed if not. What in the fuckity fuck is the battery doing right there!?! A whole lot of hell no on that. Tires are a bit on the cartoonish side and I can't see how that is useful.
On top of everything, if you are going to do that much fabrication and put that much effort, what possesses you to think "duuude, an s2k motor. Totally. It'll sound so super cool and rev so high. And ALMOST make enough power to move this pile of metal"
If they want to stick to import, there's a ton of other engines that would be affordable, able to make power, and possibly sound less bumble bee-ish.

I would like to be first to say oh heeeelllllll no to the battery location especially with a POS wet cell.
