Can't prove the speeding, but if he was trying to pass two cars at the same time (illegal) after crossing the yellow line (illegal), then the likely speeding would be the third one.

I was on the guys facebook page that got hit last night. He said the old man was doing 40 in a 60, that is why they were passing him at that point. He claims he was doing about 60 when he got hit, which was the speed limit there.
