Road Zimmerman takes out biker

I was on the guys facebook page that got hit last night. He said the old man was doing 40 in a 60, that is why they were passing him at that point. He claims he was doing about 60 when he got hit, which was the speed limit there.

Can't prove the speeding, but if he was trying to pass two cars at the same time (illegal) after crossing the yellow line (illegal), then the likely speeding would be the third one.

I figured the speeding was one, but yeah, they wouldn't likely be able to prove that. I had no idea it was illegal to pass 2 cars at once!

I've passed plenty of times over double yellows because I felt that it was a safe pass considering the size of my bike and the fact that I can make the pass so quickly.
