Assault with a MV with intent to kill. 5-10 yrs.
I'd love to see this in court.

The bee stung the spider, and that caused the spider to bite the old guy like hell. I'm also hearing reports the bee had crabs which irritated him to the point of stinging the spider he had no prior dealings with.

Just saw a new story from FB and apparently it's no longer a wasp that stung him, but a spider bite.

William Crum, 68, of Granbury, has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for the incident, which happened Saturday, Oct. 17 about 5 miles north of Granbury and was caught on camera by Brian Fisher, another motorcycle rider traveling behind Crum.

How can anyone with half a brain claim that the biker was even partially at fault for that accident? Since when does passing over a solid or double line do anything to cause another car to swerve out of their lane to the left? I mean, if he was passing the old man and it freaked the old man out and he swerved AWAY from the bike, then maybe, and a very longshot maybe, you could put some kind of blame on the biker for an accident happening.

Just because the biker did something illegal doesn't mean he is in any way responsible for the accident. It only happened because the old man was a fucking piece of shit maniac. That's it. I hope he gets raped in prison.

Some laws should not be treated the same for certain bikes. Most Harleys need not apply. Those who have never been on or understand what it's like to be on a bike should picture themselves in their car surrounded by loaded 18-wheelers with drivers clumsily weaving in and out of lanes while pecking on a cell phone.

Didn't they both technically cross the double yellow?

Just because you're able to get by safely doesn't mean that you can skirt the law to do so.
If the old man had died in his sleep the night before, none of this would have even happened.

And yes, if you're able to pass illegally in a safe manner, it does mean that you can skirt the law to do so. It doesn't mean that you're allowed to, but it certainly doesn't mean that you can't.

Nah, vinegar for the sting, followed by everclear and absinthe for the pain. I've never gotten shit faced so quickly before.

Yeah, this has been my opinion all along.

He acts like the be was about the same size has he was and it punched him in the face a few times as well.
I was driving on a mountain road in colorado with the windows down. A bumblebee that was the size of a ping pong ball flew in the widow, hit the back glass and started making his way toward me. I still managed to keep control of the truck and safely stop.

I also got stung by a jellyfish earlier this year, which hurt 10 times worse than any wasp. I still had the composure to calmly exit the water. Then I screamed and cussed like a crazy person, but damn it, I was calm while I was in the water.

Final point, I've owned several MN12 based cars and they're extremely stable on dry pavement, it would take a serious yank on the wheel to slide the ass end out like that.

I think his intention was to scare them and he accidentally hit them, then he was thinking fast for an excuse as to why he would swerve.
