Sent a PM to AnthonyS to see about joining in the contest.

I'm currently at 225 down from a high of 281 a year and a half ago (I'm 6'0"). I was down to 206 last year, but due to promotion/school/divorce I've been slacking on the diet and excercise department. I'm hoping this contest will kick start me back on track to getting back to a healthy lifestyle and the health benefits that come with it. I'd like to get to eventually get to 180, but for the contest I would like to at least get under 200.

I think it's a good idea for those that would use it. One of the hardest things for me is getting mentally there. I know what to do, I can get my diet about 90% on point, and even get in the gym regularly. But one slip up and it all comes crashing down, and getting remotivated is hard. That's why this time around, I'm just going to go at whatever pace I dictate for myself. If I can keep the diet at 90% and hit the gym as often as possible, I hope the benefits will start showing more, and motivate me to go to the gym more or even clean up the diet to 100%.

My new little bit of inspiration I'll share with everyone.

"While motivation stimulates action, action also stimulates motivation, without one neither could exist."
    Sounds good to me!

I don't care, I haven't heard much from the judges besides Ruffdaddy... I'm sure they won't mind. We need more people, in my opinion...

So how many people are participating besides the other two guys that have posted up their info?!

To be honest my goal right now is to build muscle to support my crappy joints. If i loose some weight in the process good. Im still going to eat my 2300 calories a day. I actually should prob eat more, just better foods to help reach my goal.

I am flexible and stretch all the time. But i still have problems with tennis elblow/knee's/shoulders and so on.

I've been checked out by the docs and they all say im fine. So i figured why not start working out and see what happens. Ive never worked out in my life until a few months ago.

Just something new. I need a vice, I dont do drugs, rarely drink and quit smoking in July.

Can you spot arm that had the shoulder surgery june 15th 2010.

I've been working out a few months now as well. First trip to the gym rocking the bar. Now pushing 135 on bench, my other lifts have went up as well. I should pay more attention to the wheels, For now im trying to strengthen my arms, chest, back as much as possible. These areas cause me the most trouble.

Come on kids dont be shy. Im not even....
