    when i started going to the trainer a month ago i could barely get 10 pushups done at one time. im up to about 20-25 at one time now. i have a long ways to go but i definetly feel alot better already after just one month.

    Push ups def make my chest get huge. I used to do 50 reps at a time sometimes 10 times a day. Just be bored & bust out 50. BUt now that im older they hurt my wrists. I have to do them on my knuckles bending my wrists just hurts if I do them hand flat on the ground

    Once you get past the soreness, it's not too bad. Don't rush it. Do a few extra every once-in-a-while, and you'll be at a 100 before you know it.

    I felt like a pussy having to do 50 rep sets. I guess you laying over the table on your stomach is why Paul can do several hundred....bitch.
