when i started going to the trainer a month ago i could barely get 10 pushups done at one time. im up to about 20-25 at one time now. i have a long ways to go but i definetly feel alot better already after just one month.

Push ups def make my chest get huge. I used to do 50 reps at a time sometimes 10 times a day. Just be bored & bust out 50. BUt now that im older they hurt my wrists. I have to do them on my knuckles bending my wrists just hurts if I do them hand flat on the ground

I got my fatass down and busted out a 40 count (4-10s) on Monday and I am sore as fuck today. It was hard as hell to do 10 at a time, especially at the 3rd and 4th set. Hoping to be able to bust out 20-30 at a time within a month. Don't see it happening with only being able to do them every 4-5 days though.
