    Yeah, I was working at 24 hour fitness and thought I was doing crossfit in my own time. That was when I was sitting behind a desk, and in your words thinking that I was getting experience. That was me...before actually going to a crossfit gym/box or whatever you wanna call it. The few times we did chest in crossfit, my coach was the one saying, if it doesn't hit your chest, it doesn't count. My crossfit coach held me accountable for what I was doing.

    I'm not angry at those who don't share my enthusiasm for crossfit. It blows my mind that people like yourself talk down on crossfit and have absolutely no idea what they're talking about.

    Let's put it this way, how many people do crossfit vs how many people do traditional weight training. There's probably a shitload more people working out in a traditional manner than doing crossfit. With that being said, yeah, there are more "idiots" in a traditional routine (by idiots I mean people who have no clue what they're doing) than "idiots" in Crossfit.

    I'm not unhappy with what you're doing. I already said good job for you working out. So you remember the bench thread? Good. That was when I was working out traditionally.

    We've already established that you have no clue what you're doing because of your refusal to reply to my questioning your experience. Now, insulting my intelligence is just something you pulled out of your ass. I'm really sorry that you had to resort to that.

    I think crossfit can be a great tool to achieve another level of fitness. That being said, I think a lot of people take it too far. I like the quick/explosive body weight only exercises combined with sprints or runs. I absolutely will not do kipping pull ups just to achieve a time or rep count, and will never do overhead squats or some other retarded olympic move in a fast movement. I like to just strictly lift weights in the morning, and crossfit for the afternoon workout. I dont think one replaces the other, both are unique in their own ways.
