While it's no body building workout, it's far more than just cardio. Gotta keep in mind that not everybody's goal is bodybuilding. But crossfit, with a good diet of course, is plenty capable of putting muscle on ya.

I agree with him. If you're out of shape and have the guts to post pictures of yourself trying to improve then more power to you. That's a lame worthlessly cheap shot, maybe not on par with talking shit about someones family or something, but it still is a low candy ass move.
