You can find all the information so far released on our website, the time of the LAN will be 11:00am to 10:00pm. NOS/Bawls is still in the works, so I don't have a guarantee for that.

The Texan Gamer is proud to announce Peace Love and Rockets! This will be the first Peace Love and Rocket in over a year so you know its gonna be good! We have planned and come together to give you this great LAN experience! The location will be at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel meeting room in Addison, Texas on November 5th, be sure to mark your calendars and keep watching for upcoming announcements of sponsors, tournaments, pre-registration, and number of seats available!

So far there are 3 Tournaments that have been announced and are as follows -
Starcraft 2 - 1v1 Single Elimination - Hosted by LeXXon - Top 3 people will receive prizes
Quake Live - 1v1 Double Elmination - Hosted by stevo - Top 3 people will receive prizes
Unreal Tournament 3 - FFA - Hosted by LeXXon - Top 4 people will receive prizes

We will have a very good internet connection in which the main focus game is going to be BF3.

This is going to be a all day event. We normally run the overnight LANs but this one will be different and we will gauge the feedback on it.

I don't have starcrast

since you doing Quake live, will the network allow everyone to play on the net or will Quake live be over lan?

I am on preorder, played the alpha and my pc doesn't even need an upgrade...but i will p[robably upgrade anyways

we will be even better if bf3 comes with some kind of lan support...it will be EPIC!

as a backup...bf2142 is fairly cheap and stable. wonder how many have that one.

BF3 will not have LAN support.

If it comes down to it, as a backup everyone would probably be playing CSS or some random deathmatch type of game such as Quake 3 or UT2k4.
