Cheapest route would be ironkey, 2 different usb with the secure thing they do online. Have one of the usb they offer. Idk about encryption but a hammer doesn't do anything to the drive.

It's unacceptable for daily usage but if you have something you are paranoid about getting to point B without interception? Couriers cannot be beat. You also hire someone that is going to take it directly there without question. It's going to cost a chunk but absolutely cannot be beat
