I might be in the minority but I Am Legend fucking sucked. If there is no sequel, the world would be better off.

It did 2-3 things wrong CGI the bad guys, kill the main character (in the Directors cut he lives), and the movie also felt slow.

Killing off the main character wasn't the problem. Making him and the creatures one-dimensional, with no character arcs, was.

This. The only thing I really remember from the movie is his dog dying (that fucking sucked) and him going splodie at the end.
