So, apparently the studio with the current rights is in a hurry to crank out a trilogy as Cameron gets the Terminator rights back in 2019 due to new rules.

Had a chance to see this. IMO it was as good as the rest of them. It did however have a few moments of complete cheese, not counting the Arnold smile. One hangup I had is in T2 it was explained Sarah Connor had banged her way through a bunch of different mercenaries to get her weapons training, yet this Sarah Connor looked rather unfamiliar with any of the weapons she had.

I hadn't seen the movie yet, but you have to remember, the T1 and T2 timelines don't exist anymore.

That's cause she banged all the dude's after the first terminator came, which is the same time as this.

In Genesis Arnold went back further to when she was just a little girl.

The next movie would show her all slurry if John Connor's dad didn't survive this movie
