    depends on how they were registered. If they were on a trust they go to whoever is setup as the beneficiary, and then you transfer them over on a form 5 (?) I believe.

    If someone that has some possible NFA firearms and they pass away, what would happen to those firearms? Unsure about the heirs to the estate even having knowledge of them existing. And totally unsure about how they are/would be transferred.
