Academy sells the Savage 93F, which is your base model .22 WMR for $200. It's blued/synthetic and has the accutrigger.

Walmart used to sell a cheaper version of the Savage model 93 bolt action. I picked one up in .17 HMR a few years ago for $100. It doesn't have the accutrigger, bull barrel, or a fancy stock.
