Best Deal on .22 semi

The SR22 Marcus is referring to is mine. It was a B-day gift from my Dad. I have been shooting the Mark II my whole life and love that gun. It is for sure an amazing gun but for compact, light plinker the sr22 is great. Setup some plates or something fun and you will have a good time all day. We thrashed it all day Saturday with only one malfunction and it was a bad primer, not related to feed or ejection.

A S&W 22a is the best deal on a .22 semi I know of.

This. Mine eats all kinds of ammo and it's super easy to take down and clean. I've easily shot 5000 rounds out of it with no failure other than the occasional failure to fire associated with cheap .22 ammo. You just have to replace the little plastic recoil buffer piece when it wears out but it's only a few bucks.
I am generally a .22 pistol snob and have a High Standard Super-Matic Citation, Woodsman Match Target, Ruger Mark II Target, etc., but I actually do enjoy my 22A and it's a good shooter. I have a Burris Fastfire II on mine and it's very accurate.
