Doesn't matter if they have the other sign in English and Spanish. Only the 30.06 and 51% signs apply to CHL holders.

That was what this was about, a restaurant had a 51% sign up......just because....they wanted to.

They derived 17% of their revenue from alcohol. I exacted change.

You can call TABC and ask what % of liquor sales a restaurant has. Public record.

So......I went to Mo-Fish this evening. 51% sign down.....

Heck they may not have realized what they did. TABC sends them both signs when they apply for a license. A lot of them just throw up all signage because they think they have to. But I do applaud you for calling TABC and them for putting the correct sign, and not a 30.06 sign.
