Just got an email from Silencer Shop tonight basically saying that after speaking with multiple people at the ATF they recommend submitting on paper form. So I should have gone with my gut feeling 2 months ago and just went ahead and did paper from the start.

I got the same email for one of my silencers. Sucks

Well I am going to wait on my e-form. I filed March 15th, hopefully they will process it out.

JBI armory hasn't sent my pap back to me anyways, so I'm not in a rush....though I would like to see my gun again lol.

Everything I have been reading says they are trying really hard to get caught up. Hired something around 15 new examiners and I have been reading reports of approvals 7 days a week for a few weeks now.

I think they've been saying that for years now.

Ya, I was shocked. Had an FFL file a paper 3 to transfer a customers firearm to me and had it about three and a half weeks later
