I don't know why everyone always says that. You have to purposely and recklessly display your firearm for it to be brandishing. Printing and accidently showing your gun isn't illegal and it hasn't been for a while.

Without reading it, was there a provision on holster type? Mainly referring to retention? I am typically untucked anyway, but may switch to a leather pancake owb holster for comfort. Just don't know if I would need a thumb break.

IIRC, the only provisions are it has to be in holster with a trigger guard. No waistband carrying BS.

Likely at the shop, with an untucked shirt over it. I dont see the need to in most cases, I pocket carry for the most part anyway.

Note that with a CHL you can already legally carry onto school property, just not into the premises (i.e. inside buildings).

I probably wont just outright open carry. I will start carrying owb and not worrying if it shows.

That's my plan. I'll have my comfortable but very bulky OWB holster on, and not care that it's sticking 3 inches out from my waist, but under my shirt.

The star telegram said there are still some tweaks to be made from differences in the house bill and senate bill so holster retention could change
