                  I hand gun hunt and know through personal observation that muzzle energy doesn't directly translate into killing power when it comes to handguns. I'd gladly hunt with the .45 MARS but I would not hunt with the .30 Mauser unless I could find an XTP bullet or something along thoses lines to load it with.

                        I have never seen a whale much less hunted one. I also would have a moral issue taking the life of an animal like that.
