Fucking really? Of course it does. He's been lying to the cops since it happened. Why wouldn't he be. ARGH!
Similar thing happened when I was in KL and Dez got into a wreck. The kid who hit her wasn't returning calls and was ignoring the insurance company. I had to do some research online and found his parents. Apparently they were part of some District in Fort Worth and within an hour of speaking with them he started returning calls.

I think it is shitty that if they don't acknowledge a claim, the claim is void....

This may have been brought up and I forgot where it happened but were there no cameras around or anything to possibly prove he was at fault? Were there any tire marks on the concrete, from you or him? Maybe find out his tire size and reference that to the almost perfect circle on your door? There seems to be some scratches with no rubber, does he have any body damage?

Id be doing everything I could to get that fucker to pay, small, stupid or pointless, id be doing it.

The box that the officer writes the details says "Officer's opinion of what occurred".

It is by no means a closed case of who did what wrong.

Of course every hit and run is going to look biased because there is only one person's side.

(Leah, don't take this towards you, I'm just speaking in general here.)

Not yet. The criminal aspect is still being investigated.

I've got 'juggz on it. I'm sure it will be wrapped up in no time.

It's down to bare metal in some places, though. :-(

Get some acetone to those tire marks it will come right out and it will almost brand new besides those other deeper scratches. A h2 hit me from the side and her big ass tires rubbed right over my fender on the driver side and it looked terrible. So I took it to the insurance company to get a claim done and she said it will be about 650$ worth of dmg that her insurance would fix. I just said cut me a check because my dad does body work.
Sure enough he just took some acetone and all of the tire marks came right off and there were no dents and no scratches to the car.
