I must have missed that, but I don't see how using an outdated law that is on the books is manupulating the system. If it is a law and it is legal I don't see how anyone can call the guys the things they have been in this thread.

The problem with some of the older laws is they haven't been updated for modern times. If you look at most of the requirements in the law that he's using it's for large parcels of land, and boundary disputes, etc.

From what I can tell this law existed to keep people from laying claim to already claimed land, and not the other way around.

Without any form of title in his possession, he's looking at the 10 year process, before he can claim

If the house was foreclosed on, the bank who owned it went out of business and said guy filled out legal paper work, how does that make him a peice of shit and not working for it? If anything that is working smarter, not harder.

Since when was finding a deal a bad thing? I guess that people who spend $1,100 on grocery shopping only to leave paying less than $10 are not working for that either? I guess ones due dilligence makes them not a hard worker because they actually educated themselves before jumping into something.
