I'm sure at least one officer a day will drive without a seat belt, or fail to use a blinker, or run a stop sign, etc etc. Doesn't necessarily mean they'll only break the real big ones.... but they will break at least one law in their lifetime while on the force (intentional or not)

I agree. You can't travel to miles without violating some traffic code.
