The taxes on cigarettes generate $25m a year but cost over $200M a year in related medical costs. That might even be a B as in billion, but I can't check the reference right now.

Can aonyone here really say that they would want thier 10 year old child to be able to get dope like they would a pack of gum?

sorry Matt, but you are calling for it... you're saying that if the prohibition of marijuana is repealed that teachers will start smoking weed at school.

your support for that statement is that people drink legal alcohol on the job.

the inference is that the way to keep people from being intoxicated on the job is to make that substance illegal.

You may not realize that you are saying that, BUT YOU ARE. It's simple logic.

You hate marijuana because it's illegal. You hate alcohol because??? it's mind altering. Do you admit that alcohol prohibition was a huge failure?

Do you not comprehend the fact that that home invasion robbery was directly tied to the over-inflated price/value of marijuana due to the fact that it's illegal?

Again, how many home invasion robberies have you seen where all the bad guys did was clean out the home bar of all of the liquor?

seems silly considering the fact that it didn't work and gave organized crime a HUGE boost in power, the same way marijuana prohibition has done and is doing.
    Jesus Christ.

    No.

Have fun arguing amongst yourselves. My opinion has been stated and will not change.

    Argue that one.
Then you would deserve to lose your job, just like the idiots who bring drugs to work.

So having the CHL makes you more likely to break company rules, than if you didn't?
