I haven't dyno mine yet but when I do hopefully shortly, with the mods I have in my sig and running the 350 tune I should make close to 600 rwhp and 1200 plus rwtq. At least that is what other people have made close to what I have done.

Still waiting on that dyno sheet...from what...a year ago now?

I'm really anal about filling up with fuel. I always tip some for the homies and smell the nozzle and won't hesitate to hang it up and go to a different station if it doesn't look right or smells sour or any trace of gasoline

I've used that technique for 10+yrs since I got my first diesel and haven't ever had a fuel system issue (knocking on wood!)

But yes, that's excellent advice for any diesel owner!

Change the fuel filters every 10k max and drain the water separator weekly.

I stopped by the local ford dealer a couple weeks ago and they had two with the cabs off, a 09 and a 10 model, both getting entire fuel system replacements. Had another in the parking lot waiting. If they find any rust in the HPFP they are trying to get out of warranting the repair. Ford denied the 2010 for a warranty. Hopefully they have good auto insurance because it is a $7-8k repair.

Radiators are also shit. They will tell you that is a 08 problem, but I have a 09 that just had one leak due to a shitty thermostat design. I'd check the tsb on the thermostat and replace both of them.

Otherwise, enjoy it and don't pay attention to the non dodge like fuel economy. I still like mine and towing with it is insane.
