It doesn't magically improve. There are personal choices that sometimes get in the way, and sometimes just crap luck bites you in the ass. I honestly don't see how a couple in their early 20s with two kids somehow "deserves" not to live paycheck to paycheck. Maybe they can, maybe they can't.

7yrs followed by another 7 and all that...

Making drones for our massive service industry. Back in the 40s-70s, public schools pushed vocations because it was the demand at the time. Public schools are just a tool for the government. We're their workerbees.

People can save (IMO) regardless of how much money they make. When I first moved to Texas I was working for $5.25 an hour plus tips which wasn't much. I had a kid and a car payment, rent etc, and always had cash in my accounts. I will agree it is MUCH easier to save/invest, etc when you make more but I don't see the argument that those making minimum wage can't save and do all those things the middle class/rich do.

It all depends on where your priorities are.

Granted, there are several professions that require advanced education that no one should argue its necessity (doctors, engineers, lawyers, etc) but employers are missing out on great employees with proven work experience (even specific to the job in question) to that stupid piece of paper and some brat with no experience.

What the holy fuck are you talking about?!?!

Right. Most people don't have the luxury of putting any extra money to use to counter inflation like some of us. They shouldn't have to, though. If they earned a certain amount, they should be able to spend it at that value whenever they want. This crap only forces people to put it into the "system" and most lose it anyway.

Saying you won't have an economy with debt is like saying you are going to extinguish the sun. If you can't put money to work then why even accumulate wealth in the first place? Seems to me that idea would just encourage spending everything a person makes.
