They loaned their own money and got interest on it!! What an outrage, you'd think we had a system of capitalism in this country or something. The audacity! Everyone knows that once you get rich, (being purely defined by the judgement of hippies, the government and/or internet blog readers) then you no longer have a right to make any money.

and the Government made money off TARP? ORLY. show me proof of that.
"In bailing out failing companies, they are confiscating money from productive members of the economy and giving it to failing ones. By sustaining companies with obsolete or unsustainable business models, the government prevents their resources from being liquidated and made available to other companies that can put them to better, more productive use. An essential element of a healthy free market, is that both success and failure must be permitted to happen when they are earned. But instead with a bailout, the rewards are reversed – the proceeds from successful entities are given to failing ones. How this is supposed to be good for our economy is beyond me.... It won’t work. It can’t work... It is obvious to most Americans that we need to reject corporate cronyism, and allow the natural regulations and incentives of the free market to pick the winners and losers in our economy, not the whims of bureaucrats and politicians."

LOL!!! yeah, i laughed a little when i put that quote in, i'm glad you caught that. I like the quote, just ironic considering it is FDR that said it.
What, do you need me to write a novel about corporatism and government? Jesus christ. AAAAAAAAAAAAND... you arent disputing it. but its okay buddy. I'm sure your boss who got his start working at a bottle cap factory gives you an extra special pat on the butt for working every day. fucking retard.
Damn, this whole not smoking thing is making me WAY more E-aggro then usual. LMAO

You bring up a good point though, the lines that are drawn regarding money are blurred across party lines, be it conservative, liberal, radical, "hipster" LOL, etc. I have no problem with corporations making money, BUT, when they knowingly manipulate the government/american people in order to make a profit, is that still okay? When corporations that are "too big to fail" take billions of tax payer dollars to stay afloat, and never show any kind of reparations or breaks for the american people who fucking kept these junkpiles afloat, it just goes to show how closely tied the goverment is with these sacks of shit. That is the general gripe with these protestors, of course there's going to be the entitlement bitches, there always are with any form of protest. Just in this case, unfortunately, these lazy assholes are the ones getting the most press.

Maybe you can cry about big government and then quote FDR in the same post. That makes sense if you don't have a fucking clue as to what you are doing.
